Business Development Manager - West Midlands

Based in The West Midlands, The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Client Management is responsible for driving growth and fostering long-term client relationships within the construction training sector.

This pivotal role ensures client satisfaction, identifies new business opportunities, and expands market share through strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives. The BDM will contribute directly to achieving The Skills Centre’s business objectives by promoting its services and products.

Experience:
  • Highly experienced within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving targets, with a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and evidence of professional development.
