e-Skills Refunds and Cancellation Policy
If technical problems stop you from accessing the content you have purchased our support team will try to help you resolve the problem. You are required to have a functioning internet connection and equipment to enable you to view video files delivered over the internet. Providing you have the required connection and equipment and we are unable to resolve the problem with you, you will receive a full refund for all unused content purchased. Used content is that for which a course certificate has been issued.
e-Skills Delivery Policy
When you have purchased your product via the payment link on the website you will receive an instant receipt from our payment partner iZettle. You will receive an email with your login details instructions on how to access the course from a member of staff.
IT MAY TAKE UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 3 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR COURSE TO BECOME AVAILABLE.

Fulfilling A Contract – Without holding this information on our clients, we would be unable to fulfil our contract to carry out the work we do with you.

We hold this data indefinitely or until we are asked to remove this from our systems. This helps us to maintain an ongoing relationship with our clients.
