The Skills Centre is a Training and Assessment provider specialising in Construction. Our main aim is to increase employment and training opportunities in the construction sector.

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Teaching and Learning Manger to maintain and grow our high level of teaching standards across the business. This role is fundamental in the growth plan of the business by ensuring that our Tutors deliver a high-quality teaching and learning experience for all our learners as they complete our wide range of construction courses. Reporting into the Head of Quality and Compliance this role will ensure we support and develop our tutors with professional growth whilst at the same time ensuring we are compliant with current and future educational frameworks
