Location: Roles based in Central and Greater London, Kent & Essex

Job Title:  Construction Technician

Responsible to: Centre Manager

Location: Roles based in Central and Greater London, South West England & West Midlands

Construction skills required: Groundwork, Steel Fixing, Formwork, Concrete Operations, Demolition and Plant operatives, Ductwork, Interior Systems, Retro Fit or Green technology

Salary: depending on skills and experience and potential for performance related bonus

The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Client Management is responsible for driving growth and fostering long-term client relationships within the construction training sector. This pivotal role ensures client satisfaction, identifies new business opportunities, and expands market share through strategic partnerships and targeted sales initiatives. The BDM will contribute directly to achieving The Skills Centre’s business objectives by promoting its services and products.

The role involves working across our specialist training centres in London, Essex and Kent, to help drive engagement and build brand awareness across digital and physical channels, bringing our mission of building opportunities and transforming lives to life.
