Pre-Employment Learners Reflect On Their Experience
Our brand new centre, opened in partnership with Measoms, has just seen its first class of pre-employment learners complete their three-week course. Our construction pre-employment course is a fantastic way of gaining the skills and qualifications you need to start a career in construction. Interactive training, classroom discussions, case studies, teamwork, individual/group presentations, yard-based practical training, on-site experience and self-study outside of the classroom.

Shane's journey into construction
Our Construction Gateway Programme funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has recently launched in the West Midlands and the course is already transforming the lives for many individuals.
To date, all learners have successfully completed the course and secured a guaranteed interview with our partners O'Halloran & O'Brien (OHOB), with many then pursuing a career at OHOB, one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the UK.
