The purpose of the position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ASF Co-ordinator to oversee the administration and coordination of NVQ qualifications. This role is essential in ensuring that all paperwork meets the highest quality standards, liaising with funding providers to maintain compliance and quality assurance, and accurately managing learner records within internal systems. The NVQ Coordinator will work closely with training providers, employers, and assessors to facilitate a smooth enrollment process, track learner progress, and support qualification completion and certification
Principle duties and responsibilities:
NVQ Administration & Coordination:
- Support the preparation of NVQ induction paperwork.
- Ensure all candidate application packs are accurately completed and processed.
- Manage all college paperwork and liaise with funding providers.
- Process learner achievements for colleges.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance in all administrative tasks.
Learner Tracking & Compliance:
- Track the progress of all NVQ candidates, ensuring timely completion of qualifications.
- Update and maintain internal CRM and databases to ensure KPI information is accurately recorded.
- Monitor and track certificates (where applicable) to ensure they are received on time.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, policies, and compliance standards.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Answer telephone calls, screen and direct inquiries, and relay messages appropriately.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and relevant training and development.
- Carry out any other duties within the employee’s skillset as reasonably required.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy are required
- Working experience of planning and implementing administrative systems to ensure an organisation and efficiency
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in CRM systems, learner management systems (PICS, Onefile), and Microsoft Office.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently if required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
Personal Requirements/Qualifications
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths or equivalent
- NVQ in Administration or willingness to work towards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
