Are you ready to take the next step in your career journey? The Skills Centre, in partnership with TfL and funded by the Department for Education, is proud to launch ReActivate—an innovative, free training programme designed to help you identify your transferrable skills and unlock exciting career opportunities. Whether you’re re-entering the workforce after a break or exploring a new direction, ReActivate is your pathway to success.

Who Is the Programme For?

ReActivate is tailored to individuals aged 19+ living in London, with a focus on:

  • Experienced professionals who have been out of work for 12+ months, regardless of their previous field.
  • Young adults (19-24) who are Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET) and want to build a solid foundation for their careers.
  • Parents returning to work after a career break, seeking structured support to transition back into the workforce.
  • Individuals aged 50+ looking to leverage their extensive experience in a new industry or role.

Why Join ReActivate?

This 8-week programme offers:

  • 2 weeks of intensive training to develop key transferrable skills.
  • 6 weeks of work placement with TfL or one of their supply chain partners, gaining real-world experience.
  • 1 day a week of continued skill-building during the work placement, supported by a dedicated mentor.
  • Guaranteed opportunities, including interviews and references at the end of your placement.
