What You’ll Be Able to Do
- Build folder structures with permissions and naming rules
- Lead digital briefings using the latest drawings and documents
- Manage field app workflows and quality checks
- Build simple dashboards showing progress, snags and actions
- Lead drawing control and manage superseded documents
- Run a quality loop: capture → verify → correct → reissue
- Coach others and troubleshoot digital issues
Practical Tasks
- Create a project folder structure and a one‑page user guide
- Audit logs for missing data and correct templates
- Produce a weekly report from data exports
