Why is Women in Leadership Training important?
Despite notable progress, women remain underrepresented in leadership roles across the UK. As of 2024, women held just 35.3% of leadership positions in FTSE 350 companies. In the FTSE 100, women occupied 44.7% of board seats, yet only 19 out of 100 CEOs were female.
Investing in leadership training tailored for women is crucial to overcoming these challenges. Such training empowers women to navigate male-dominated environments, develop authentic leadership styles, and advocate for themselves and others. By fostering a diverse leadership pipeline, organisations can unlock enhanced decision-making, innovation, and financial performance.
