Where exceptional candidates are lacking qualifications or experience, we work with our local training network to get them the training needed to bridge the gap.

The programme is funded by Essex County Council, so there is no cost to your business. Where possible, we will source training from other funded programmes across the county, or help you access other funding pools such as DWP’s Youth Guarantee Scheme or CITB funding.
