The new Skills Centre in Edgware will be opening in June 2024. It will offer Pre-employment programmes, construction bootcamps and apprenticeships for local residents.
For Barnett locals looking to start or grow a career in construction, The Skills Centre Edgware will offer a gateway to the industry.
Building on the success of The Skills Centre's sites in Stratford, Southwark and Earls Court, the new North London space will specialise in green construction skills.
The Skills Centre Edgware will offer the following programmes:
- Pre-employment training for learners with no prior experience
- Green Construction Skills Bootcamps to build the skills needed for a career in cladding and insulation
- Dry Lining Apprenticeships
We also hope to be able to provide CSCS testing and Site Safety Plus training on the site in the near future.
