Places for London wins Best Development Company Award
Congratulations to Places for London for winning the best development company award for their London Skills Programme.
We're excited to share that the Places for London Skills Programme has won the Best Development Company Award at the TET (ThorntonEducationTrust) Awards!
This recognition belongs to everyone who's made this programme what it is: our incredible joint venture partners, Barratt London, Helical plc, The Earls Court Development Company, Grainger plc, and Fastned, as well as our delivery partners, Construction Youth Trust and The Skills Centre.
The 17 schools across London who we have worked together with, and most importantly, the students and Londoners whose lives this programme is designed to change. Through our Skills Academy, we're proving that the built environment is a sector that can be made accessible to all.
From educational engagement with students in Years 7-13, to work experience placements, and skills hubs in Stratford, Earls Court, and Edgware, we're opening doors and creating pathways into this industry. Thank you to the TET (ThorntonEducationTrust) for this honour, and to everyone who's been part of this journey. Here's to building a more inclusive and accessible built environment sector.
